Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your paid plan at any time.

• Open the Billing page in your dashboard and choose Cancel — or contact us and we’ll do it for you.
• There are no cancellation fees, no notice period and no minimum commitment.
• Cancelling stops all future charges, so you won’t be billed again.
• You keep your paid plan and all its features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• After that, your organization moves to the Free plan. Your account and menu data stay in place, but paid-plan features and limits stop applying — the Free plan covers one branch and up to 50 items.

Full refund within 14 days

If you are not happy, you can get a full refund of your first payment for Menurium, as long as you ask within 14 days of paying.

• It applies to the first payment of a monthly or yearly plan.
• You get back the full amount you paid.
• Automatic renewals are not covered — to avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact page from the email address on your account, and tell us which payment you would like refunded. We will confirm by email.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually a few business days.

After 14 days

Payments made more than 14 days ago, and renewal payments, are not eligible for a refund — but you can still cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep your paid features until the period you’ve paid for ends.

The Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel — you can simply stop using it whenever you like.
